POLYHEED® 852 R
POLYHEED 852 R is multicomponent
mid-range water-reducing admixture, free of chlorides, formulated to produce:
- Mid-range water reduction (5 to 15%)
and an excellent performance through a wide slump range.
- Increases the setting time of
concrete along the recommended dosage range.
- Improves workability, pumpability and
finishing quality, even with cementitious materials and/or mixes that contain
fly ash or natural pozzolans.
- Development of comparable strengths
with water reducing and retarding admixtures.
- Better performance with a wide range
of cements, natural pozzolans, fly ash, aggregates and granulated slag.
POLYHEED 852 R meets the requirement of
ASTM C494 for water reducing admixtures Type A, retarding admixtures Type B and
rwater reducing and retarding Type D.

met.
